Our business is creating custom made counted cross-stitch charts from photographs, greeting cards, magazine pictures, etc. We have recently revised our chart making program so that we now make charts in PDF format. This format is rapidly becoming a standard format for documents that can readily be sent and received over the Internet. Although we can still print charts and mail them to customers, it is quicker and cheaper for customers to download charts to their computer and print professional looking graph pages as needed.
