How to order
IMPORTANT NOTICE: NEW CHANGES HAVE RECENTLY BEEN IMPLEMENTED
All charts are now being created in PDF (Portable Data Format). Our chart graph pages now use larger squares for the stitches with a maximum of 50 stitches wide by
60 stitches high (3000 stitches total) per 8.5"x11" graph page. Previously, graph page squares were smaller and were 80 stitches wide by 100 stitches high (maximum) per graph page.
Symbols in the larger squares are much easier to read than in the smaller squares.
There is no longer a maximum chart size, and maximum size is now limited only by the storage and handling capabilities of our computers.
The basic price for making all charts is still $25.00 each. There might be additional charges if significant image editing is requested, but this will be determined individually for each special
case.
You can now receive charts from us by one of two methods: (1) We can print them and mail them to you for a small printing and mailing fee, or (2) you can download them to your computer
for NO additional cost above the basic price. By downloading them to your computer, you can print graph pages as needed, eliminating the need to make Xerox copies to mark up while stitching.
The PDF format is now an industry standard format for documents on the Internet, and with your PC, you can download and print chart pages and obtain excellent quality results. To print and mail charts, we charge
15 cents per 3000 stitches, plus postage. We prefer to use Flat Rate Priority Mail for mailing charts larger than 30 graph pages. The current cost for flat rate priority mail is $4.80 within
the U.S.A. We now charge $3.00 for mailing charts with less than 30 pages by First Class mail within the U.S.A. For mailing internationally, Global Priority mailing is available to most places,
but the cost varies depending on the destination.
We prefer the following procedure:

You provide us the picture that you want to use for the chart. You can mail us a photo to scan, or you can e-mail us
a digital image, or if you find a picture on a web site that you want to use, you can tell us where to find it
and we can get it directly from the web site. If you have in mind a special picture or subject you would like to
stitch and don't know where to find it, we might be able to help find it for you on the Internet.

We will process the image file and generate a "test" chart for you to view or download to inspect. We will e-mail you a special private link
to click on to view the test chart. This test chart will include the cover-page image, a letter of explanation, and the color key pages
followed by some of the graph pages. If you are not able to download the test chart, we can e-mail you a copy of the cover-page image
for you to inspect via e-mail. The cover-page image is composed of tiny squares of floss or yarn colors with one tiny square for each stitch and
provides an accurate indication of the detail and coloring that will be in the chart when stitched.

If you find something that we have overlooked in making the test chart or if something needs changing, please let us know and we will try to correct
it and provide you with a revised chart or image to inspect.
We accept personal checks or credit cards for payment and we use PayPal to collect and process credit card information using an encrypted message link. We normally wait to request the payment
through PayPal after you have had an opportunity to inspect and approve the test chart. PayPal will then forward the request for payment to you and notify us when payment has been processed and
credited to our account. Then we will either print and mail the chart or replace the test chart with the full chart for you to download.
We suggest that you use a cardboard photo mailer to mail photographs. We will return your picture with the chart.
